The young are always on the cutting edge of fashion and in the late 2020s, young males began wearing dresses and skirts, as shown in this 2028 issue of Seventeen. Adult males continued to wear pants, but would soon follow the young males and by the mid-2030s, most males had abandoned pants for skirted garments.
